The club is dreaming if it thinks relying on local players coming up through the ranks is going to produce a top 5 team.
its all about recruiting these days. as you have mentioned in a previous post, we should be targeting players who've had their shot at AFL but didn't make it.

We’ve recruited 9 players.
Time will tell as to how many are league standard….
I assume they all will be, considering the club have stated that only top level players will be recruited and the club won’t recruit for the sake of it….

I guess we should be happy for Oscar but on the other hand, what hope is there for WAFC this year? Bottom last year, have lost experience and pretty much all our decent youngsters and signed bugger all experience.

Change the name to the West Adelaide Farm, come pick your own whenever you like…..

Why bother being invested or buying memberships when there appears no hope.

It also seems like football expenditure was the lowest ever last year and won't rise next year.

No Annual Report only a week before the AGM. Has never happened before.
