Re: Ins and Outs
Great news. Congratulations to all involved in the successful negotiations and coaching appointments. Three weeks since we won the Premiership but business continues to move forward. A very professional approach.

Re: Ins and Outs
Glad these two have signed on, really like watching Stevens play.
Don't think we saw the best of Newell as he never really played well for us, doubt another SANFL club would sign him up. Hopefully opens up a bit of salary cap room

Re: Ins and Outs
Great to have Porps going around again. Absolute class player and ripper bloke.
I think Stevens may be taken in the draft might be the rookie draft.
Hopefully we can grab two or three new players.
Francis, Snelling, Haysman, Brind, Keough, Bonner and maybe Agostino to be drafted.
Maybe Beechy too........

Think Francis, Snelling, Bonner and Haysman will get drafted with Haysman being the best of the group.
Don't think that Stevens, Beechy, Brind, Keough or Agostino will go.
Are Nelson and Hardy still at West?

Re: Ins and Outs
If Nelson does decided to leave I think we need to recruit a young
developing ruckman as I don't want to see Watchman rucking in the
ressies as he is young and coming off a shoulder reconstruction.
He would be better suited as key forward at this time of his career

Re: Ins and Outs
First signing us former Collingwood utility Trent Stubbs. Came via the NEAFL and is a friend of Kaine Stevens

Looks like he was Club champion in 2015 for his club, former Hawthorn and Collingwood player.

The Aaron Francis article is a great read that's for sure
Well done to the Recruiting Committee on the signing of Trent Stubbs. Listening to the interview with Mark Mickan on the SANFL Website
He seemed very pleased the club had beaten a number of SANFL clubs
for the signature of Stubbs

Re: Ins and Outs
Riley Milne has retired from the SANFL to play local footy.
All other premiership players have signed for 2016.

Re: Ins and Outs
Milne's absence makes the signing of a key defender or two more critical. But retaining all other Premiership players plus guys like Homburg and Anderson who were so stiff to miss out is a great effort and an endorsement of the footy department.
