WEST goalsneak Shannon Green has been offered a one-match ban with an early guilty plea for making forceful front-on contact with the Eagles’ James Boyd at the Adelaide Oval on Monday.

The SANFL Incident Review Panel deemed Green’s conduct was careless, while making contact which was high and of medium impact.

Green has until 9am on Wednesday to decide whether to accept or challenge his charge.

I know we are all disappointed about the result but we have to be united on our team. but that does not stop us from having fair comment irespect of what your involment of the club is.

Absolutely correct. It's rare for anything to be deleted and only happens when there's personal abuse.
