Silverlock/Hayes Empty Silverlock/Hayes

Post by Lachlan Thu Apr 24, 2014 7:25 pm

I see that Silverlock has been named in the ressies and also on the interchange bench in the league side.
It looks as though he has been dropped.
I know Silverlock has been down on form but he isn't alone.

The way the league side looks as though it's going to line up it suggests to me that we are going to be too top heavy when you have Nelson,Webb,Still,Middleton,Milne,Keough,Hartlett and Hayes all who are over 191cm.
Hayes has struggled big time and zi would have dropped him and kept Silverlock as I believe we need more run in our side.
I have noticed that Ben Fisher has spent time onball this year.
He ISN'T  a midfielder he lacks pace to play that role. He is best at half back and with an occasional stint at half forward
Nelson stays in the team as Webby is still down on fitness

My team against  Port would be

FF WEBB STILL FIELKE
HF BEECH MIDDLETON STEVENS
C BRICKNELL SCHMIDT NEWELL
RUCK NELSON TUCK MACREADIE
HB FISHER MILNE EZARD
FB GREEN KEOUGH HARTLETT

INT SILVERLOCK SCHILLER DIJKSMAN

IN TUCK BRICKNELL STILL HARTLETT GREEN
OUT R. ANDERSON (inj) WONG GALLARD HAYES HOPTON (all Omitted)
