Bramich having a run in the 2s.

No Damian Squire, Josh Gore or Harvey Bock either.
I hope Kobe Ryan is right for round one, I think he's just about our best player.

Re: Trial Game Centrals
We lost by less than a goal after being in front and dominating much of the last quarter- about 7 or 8 goals to 6 or 7.
Not a lot to take out of the result, given Central were missing 6 or 7 starters and we played a few for only a half - Morrish, etc.
The good:
Frost was very good.
Ned Stevens clunked a few great, even exciting, marks forward early.
Corbett rucked well, but McCormack didn't play for Central.
We look fit, we scrap hard, and put some good ball movement together at times, but both sides made a lot of errors.
Joel Stevens was good & Searle didn't do a lot, but looked hard at the ball and added toughness.
The Reserves won by about 12 goals to 2.
Good to catch up with several staunch Bloods' supporters.
Not so good:
Our lights are poor and the advertising on the scoreboard glares out the scores.
We would have won with reasonable accuracy.
The game was often a poor standard.
Patrick Wilson was on crutches and Callum Park is still a eay off playing.
Next week will tell us more.

Re: Trial Game Centrals
You can put a line through Wilson for this year.
We need a full squad with our best players on the park to be competitive this year.
We haven’t seen Park, Kobe Ryan or Squire yet which is a worry.
Our recruit from Norwood, Kobe Tozer is no where to be seen….

Re: Trial Game Centrals
Ryan has only just resumed full training after having back issues.
Park has done a quad and will miss several weeks.
Squire won’t be seen until around 4
Tozer has a hamstring issue

Re: Trial Game Centrals
Well when they knock down the lights at theby when the Crows move in we should grab them we would get them for nothing , they were ok for the womens game the other week even if we get the lights from the top of the poles and replace ours with them.Lee Harradine wrote:We lost by less than a goal after being in front and dominating much of the last quarter- about 7 or 8 goals to 6 or 7.
