Update

I'm off on holidays tomorrow for a few weeks.

Things are progressing positively at the club, with several initiatives to start soon and announcements will be made soon.

These will be real positives for our club, not just 'feel good' announcements.

Also, we will soon be asking for your help through the website, targeting specific areas that you can nominate. More details soon.

Meanwhile, our on-field performances are a credit to the players, all the coaches, staff and volunteers.

I can't remember when we had so many players representing the State at both senior and junior levels.

I'm going to badly miss my footy, but will just have to grin and bear it as the cruise ship visits ports in the Baltic and up to the top of Norway.

Somebody's got to do it, I suppose.
