Umpires Ralston and Sobieraj dropped from league games this week (Bowen was not dropped)
Boundary umpires not dropped from last weeks game
Goal umpires not dropped....

Ralston was not dropped he runs his own small business, so his availability each week is not guaranteed. I know this as I work with his father.

Why are we crapping on about the umpires when we have such significant issues within our own Football Dept!!

We do have big issues billrob and we will make sure we don't have a repeat off field this summer with players not doing a preseason or having ops December or January like last year when we were in coach transition. Ha ING the amount of 1st choice players in the stands each week has been unacceptable
Money for quick fix recruits is limited but I'm sure you'd agree our best 20 is more than capable it's just never in any game this year been close to this

I think we might need to blood a few players in the last 2 games and see if we can unearth something for 2015 like a Snelling or watchman but it's not appropriate for boards to dictate footy selections during the season it will be a role for a multi faceted review on all departments so we can become a stable going concern
