Adam was taken to hospital to check for internal and rib damage.

Pleased to say he was cleared of any internal damage. i don't know the result with any rib problem.

He was well enough to send a text to the Coach to tell the boys he was rapt with them winning.

Just to let you all know. Adam came home last night. He is very sore. We will just have to wait and see how he is next week. The week off is going to be very beneficial for him.

So Still is now doubtful to play again this year. When did hamstrings become 8-week injuries? Four used to be the max; Geoff Morris even famously recovered in two.

I think Still has had these issues for a long time, even at Essendon. Problem is, every time he does his hammy, it gets weaker. So perhaps let him have 6 months to get it right and try again next season. No doubt he is a good player when fit, but has been unable to string more than 2-3 games together since at Westies.
