Re: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Nothing to be defensive about, brodlach.
There is only one amount shown in the income statement.
I just offered to explain in more detail as it's a fair question.
I'll do so when I get to work.

Re: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
No worries, b.
OK, in the Income Statement, the Football Club's total income is $2,097.253.
Included in this is one amount of $250,000 for Land Divestment only, the same as last year shown next to it. This is the only time the $250K is counted in our profit result.
The $250,000 is also shown in the Balance Sheet as not yet received, even though it was due. That item has no effect on our profit, it just shows we're still owed the money.
Hope that explains it.
Appreciate you taking the time to examine the Annual Report and ask the question.
Can I also apologise to posters and members for the lateness of the Report. I will ensure that it is ready well before time next year if I'm still in a position to do so.

Re: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
I would have thought we could promote tonight's AGM a bit on the website. It's not one of the main stories and only gets a mention in a small box. Surely we should encourage as many members as possible to get along, not only to show interest in how the club is running, but it's also a chance to get a crowd of people spending a few dollars at the club.
