Hi. You can choose the colours you want at the time of changing the plates. We would need to meet at an SA Reg branch and i have to write a note to allow them to be transfered. It is only a one off fee as its standard 4 letters 2 numbers. I chose red plates white writing. They look great. My Dad has the 83 plates
