West under 18's v Eagles -Grand Final

Just filling you in with some Under 18's news.

This weeks Grand Final is

Friday 19th September
at Gliderol Stadium (Glenelg Oval)
7pm Start
Westies will be wearing Black shorts.

Young Jadyn Brind from the Under 18's last night won the best and fairest for Sacred Heart first xviii side. This is a great achievement from a lad in year 11 at the school and still eligible for under 18's next season.

Get down and cheer Jadyn and his team mates this Friday night

Congratulations to Jaydn on a fine season.

We will be there supporting the lads this week, watching them the last 3 weeks has been a pleasure to see the skill and teamwork that this band of young payers has delivered whilst representing the WAFC.

Whatever the result in this grand final all players that have worn our colours this year have worn them with pride.

What a fantastic win! Was a tad worried at qtr time especially with a 6 day break compard to the fortnight for the eagles. Well done Jarrod and the whole coaching/support staff, parents and of course the U18 squad.
